1. Stall size: 4 m × 4 m per Saturday.
2. ENTRY AND OFFLOADING: Entry time for offloading is 06:30–08:00. Vehicles may offload only and must exit immediately. After 08:00 no vehicles are allowed. Items must be carried in by hand. Stalls remain available, but positions may vary.
3. DAY STALLS: No advance bookings. Use Gate 12 and first park in the market parking area. Report to the office on Saturdays from 06:30 for payment and allocation.
   • Office: Wendy House, Olien Avenue (06:30–11:30). WhatsApp during the week for enquiries.
4. FEES (day stalls):
   • Steel tables (1.8 m) available at R50 per table (limited stock, pre-booking only).
   • Open space 4 m × 4 m = R170. Bring your own tables, chairs, and gazebo.
   • Stall with framework: Frameworks belong to permanent exhibitors. No sails/canopies included. R270 per day. Do not move or sit on frameworks and do not use sails if one is already fitted.
5. LAYOUT AND ADVERTISING: Keep 1.2 m clear of walkways. No signs in walkways. Sales are permitted only from within your stall. Optional advertising announcements available at the Music Factory for R20 (2–3 announcements).
6. PERMANENT STALL: Available for a full year (Jan–Dec) or half year. Pro rata applies if joining later in the year.
   • Annual fee: R2250
   • Six months: R1350 (Jan–June / July–Dec)
   • No structure included; the owner is responsible for erection and maintenance.
7. ELECTRICITY: No electricity available.
8. HEALTH CERTIFICATE: Mandatory for any food or beverages. The certificate must be specifically issued for Langenhoven Market.
